Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and external audits.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
