Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency
- Conduct in-depth financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Strong communication skills for presenting financial insights to non-financial teams
