Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment processing and maintain 3-way matching
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Experience with 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced settings
