Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using Oracle and SAP systems
- Conduct month-end closing activities and reconciliation tasks
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments on payment strategies
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and purchase order management
