Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Oversee 3-way matching for procurement transactions and purchase orders
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor payment terms and discounts
- Implement process improvements using SAP and Oracle financial systems
- Prepare month-end closing reports and support audits
- Mentor junior AP staff and ensure compliance with SOX controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Expertise in 3-way matching and procurement-to-pay cycles
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing vendor disputes and payment terms
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and financial reporting tools
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
