Responsibilities
Process and verify high-volume invoices (PO and non-PO) with 100% accuracy.Maintain and update the vendor master database within our ERP system.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve complex discrepancies efficiently.Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals.Prepare and file W-9s, 1099s, and necessary tax documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounts payable workflows.Perform regular audits of the AP sub-ledger for compliance.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.3+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) or advanced Excel skills.Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal control procedures.Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
