Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Process expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies
- Optimize payment terms to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and compliance checks
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time
- Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end closing procedures
- AP/Reconciliation certifications preferred
