Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payment within net terms
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Resolve invoice discrepancies through vendor communications
- Implement and optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms
- Maintain accurate filing of financial documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in accounts payable role with high-volume exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- NetSuite ERP certification or hands-on implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in multi-state AP compliance
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
