- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies through proactive communication

- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on month-end closing activities
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Analyze vendor payment trends and optimize cash flow strategies
- Lead training initiatives for junior AP staff on new systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing with 99%+ accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
