Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile bank statements
- Process payroll and ensure timely vendor payments
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain digital filing systems with zero-error documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Train junior accounting staff on SOPs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
