Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes ensuring timely settlements
- Prepare and file federal/state tax returns with 100% compliance
- Implement internal controls to optimize financial workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven track record of SOX compliance implementation
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Experience with multinational financial systems
