Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of financial documents and records.
- Perform basic data entry and update accounting ledgers using Excel and accounting software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- No prior professional accounting experience required (we provide training).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of math and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
