- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for audits
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Coordinate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
