Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card variance analysis.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare detailed variance reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong working knowledge of US tax regulations and payroll processing.
