Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support internal and external audits with detailed documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
