Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company accounting policies
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
