Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with general ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports accurately.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial filing systems.
- Perform basic data entry and reconciliation of financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in number crunching.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
