Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly statement reviews with high accuracy.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new accounting software.
