Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
