Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and enforce internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local laws to ensure our operations remain compliant.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and presentations for board meetings and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and auditors to facilitate external reviews.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance standards and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CAMS, or JD) is highly preferred.
