Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to improve financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budgeting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and regulatory filings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow.
Qualifications
- CPA certification or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations and financial compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
