Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage bank transactions
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Prepare sales tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with CPAs during quarterly audits and year-end closures
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Provide timely financial insights to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
