Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and tax laws.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Experience with GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
