Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Collaborate with audit teams for compliance and reporting
- Develop financial models and forecasting for strategic planning
- Maintain internal controls and SOX documentation
- Train junior accountants on financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel advanced functions
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proven experience in multi-currency transactions
