Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with emphasis on accuracy and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance for financial reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Develop financial models and forecasts to guide business decisions
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
