Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely payments
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct month-end closing activities and support financial reporting
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment terms
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
