Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with strict deadlines
- Prepare tax documentation and support audit compliance
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations
