Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 200+ employees
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Create financial forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Maintain QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial teams of 3+ professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
