Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with commentary
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement QuickBooks enhancements and process improvements
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals
- Maintain detailed financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Generate custom financial reports for client decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven experience with multi-client accounting systems
