Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (Nevada, California, Arizona)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and audits
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or actively pursuing certification
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, Nevada NRS, and multi-state tax laws
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with garnishment processing and legal compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
