Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain compliance records
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Assist with tax preparation and documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconciliations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification
- Expertise in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
