Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 50+ clients
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for strategic planning
- Collaborate with auditors during external examinations
- Maintain digital accounting systems with advanced Excel/QuickBooks expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and payroll regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% material error tolerance
- CA CPA license or actively pursuing certification
