Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers monthly
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP system
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Comply with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Train junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- ERP system expertise (NetSuite/SAP preferred)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required
- SOX compliance knowledge essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
