Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (200+ weekly) using Oracle ERP system
- Conduct 3-way matching and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and bank statements monthly
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements
- Collaborate with international teams for cross-border payments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech/finance
- Expert proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SOX compliance and audit experience
- Ability to prioritize 50+ invoices daily
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with international payment processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
