Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial data and variance reports for stakeholders
- Implement process improvements for weekend shift efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend operations
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Experience with weekend or non-traditional schedules
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
