Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Process payroll with daily pay options for eligible employees
- Conduct audits and implement internal control improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on budget forecasting and financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA or actively pursuing certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Experience with daily pay systems or flexible compensation models
