Responsibilities
- Manage General Ledger: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure all financial reporting complies with local and federal regulations and assist in external audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
