Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports nightly
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage vendor relationships and payment schedules
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for transaction processing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Generate weekly aging reports and financial summaries
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- AP certification preferred (CAPP/CERP)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
