Responsibilities

- Develop and implement advanced accounting systems for multi-entity operations
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and optimize working capital cycles
- Coordinate tax preparation and planning with external partners
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations and reporting
