Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations by monitoring internal controls.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure timely filing.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
