Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts.
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure liquidity and timely collections.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax filings and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide accurate financial forecasting and budget analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification is preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, or auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
