Your Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounting and perform complex account reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Support external audits by providing requested documentation and working with auditors.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s in Accounting (MAcc) preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of US tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
