Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for diverse tech portfolios
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Develop and implement financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation frameworks
- Support M&A transactions through due diligence and post-merger integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or startups
- Expertise in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and deadlines
- Experience with multi-currency and international accounting standards
