Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Process and post invoices in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) in a timely manner.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage vendor relationships and address payment inquiries professionally.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting support.
- Prepare check runs and process electronic payments (ACH/Wire).
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
