Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax preparation filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and handle general ledger accounts.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills.
