Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
- Support budgeting and variance analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years' public/private experience
- CPA certification required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
