Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (CPA certification preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
