Responsibilities
- Process and audit high-volume vendor invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Receiving Reports, and Invoices.
- Research and resolve vendor inquiries regarding billing discrepancies and payments.
- Maintain and update the Accounts Payable aging report and vendor master files.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and journal entries.
- Reconcile credit card statements and bank deposits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (specific schedule to be discussed).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is required) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus.
