Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and tax compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA, CMA, or Master’s in Accounting (MAcc) is a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in general accounting or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
