Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume vendor invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage payment cycles and ensure timely disbursements via weekly payroll
- Maintain detailed AP records and support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor relationship management
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct audits for compliance and internal controls
- Support tax documentation and 1099 reporting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in accounts payable with weekly payroll processing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
